LOL Pet Photo Contest
Does your dog or cat have what it takes to be crowned America's funniest pet? We are searching far and wide to find the most hilarious pet video or photo. In addition to bragging rights, the top 3 winners will receive great prizes to take home.
Prizes
First place receives a Brand New Kindle e-Reader and a 6 month supply of AvenaPro natural pet grooming supplies, a prize valued at over $320. Second and Third place prizes are a $20 iTunes gift certificate and trial supply of AvenaPro's natural pet grooming products, a prize valued at over $70.
When
Contest begins July 12, 2010 and ends September 20, 2010. Winners will be announced on September 27, 2010 and contacted through Facebook. Winners must respond within 10 days, otherwise the prizes will be forfeited. If the winners do not receive direct notification from AvenaPro, it is their responsibility to contact AvenaPro via e-mail by no later than September 25, 2010 at info@avenapro.com.

Rules & Regulations
1. No purchase necessary.
2. This competition is open to all residents of the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.
3. Contestants must have reached the age of majority in the state or province in which they reside.
4. Prizes are as offered, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5. All entries must be submitted by no later than September 19, 2010 11:59pm PST.
6. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which fail to arrive by the closing date.
7. Only one entry per household.
8. All photos and videos may not contain any nudity, violence, coarse language or material deemed inappropriate or offensive by AvenaPro.
9. Chances of winning depend on number of eligible entries.
10. All winners acknowledge compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prizes awarded, and releasing AvenaPro Pet Solutions, Inc and employees from all liabilities in connection with the awarding and use of the prizes.
11. Winners agree to let AvenaPro Pet Solutions, Inc use their name and likeness for photographs, film and print pieces tied to contest publicity and promotion without any additional consideration.
12. Winners will be selected by AvenaPro Pet Solutions Inc. staff and or a third party selected by the company.
13. Sponsor is not responsible for any errors, omissions, incorrect or inaccurate information in these Contest Rules, other Contest-related information, including printing or advertising, and other equipment or programming associated with or used in the Contest.
14. During the Contest Period, Sponsor is not responsible for any: failure of the Internet; problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; failure of any email to be transmitted or received; technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or in-store computer kiosk or combination thereof, including injury or damage to an Entrant's computer or to any other individual's computer related to or resulting from participating in, or downloading any material, regarding the Contest.
15. This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
